Jillian's perceptive creative insight spans the entirety of a project. Before graduating college, she made her producing debut at 54 Below with 54 Sings Barbie, a nostalgic concert showcasing the iconic songs from early 2000s Barbie films, including Barbie as The Princess and The Pauper and Barbie as The Island Princess. This sold-out event received widespread critical acclaim and gained viral recognition on social media, and featured both established and emerging Broadway talent.

Following the success of this inaugural project, Jillian established Jillian Michelle Entertainment, LLC (JME for short!)—a production company committed to delivering creative and nostalgic live entertainment tailored for millennial and Gen-Z audiences.

In response to the resounding success of "54 Sings Barbie," JME has produced three sold-out encore concerts in NYC. Jillian made her London debut alongside the show in 2024 at Crazy Coqs (under the rebranded name, The Pink Doll Cabaret). JME's expanding portfolio includes shows such as "The Little MerSisters"—a concert highlighting seven former Ariels (Jillian included!) from National Touring and regional productions of The Little Mermaid—54 Sings Ariana Grande, and more. JME continues to make a lasting impact on the New York concert and cabaret scene, seamlessly fusing innovation and nostalgia for a new generation.
